Strawberry picking can be a fun experience, and we try to bring the kids to the strawberry farm every summer. We usually end up with more strawberries than we know what to do with so I decided to put together a list of strawberry recipes that we love.

1. Summer Spinach Salad- Toss together clean and washed baby spinach, slivered almonds, strawberry slices, crumbled goat or feta cheese and your favorite vinaigrette dressing. (I usually just use olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste)

2. Funnel Cake

3. Strawberries with Milk & Sugar

4. Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

5. Strawberry Cake

6. Strawberry Cookies

7. Strawberry Milkshake- Blend together 1 cup of washed and hulled strawberries, (a Strawberry Huller would be useful for this recipe) 1 large scoop of vanilla ice cream, 1tbsp. sugar and a splash of milk

8. Strawberry Avocado Salsa

9. Strawberry Trifle

10. Strawberry Tart

I would love to hear about your strawberry picking experiences and your favorite recipes too! Feel free to comment!

We went with the grandbabies once to pick strawberries – I think they ate more than they picked! Love the recipes! Found via mix it up mondays! 🙂
