During the hot summer days, there is nothing better than relaxing with friends and enjoying some sort of sweetened tea on ice. I normally love a lot of ice, and by a lot I mean, I fill my glass to the very top with ice before pouring the iced tea into it. Nice and cold……..practically freezing is the way I enjoy iced tea. This time my sister in law used frozen blueberries instead of ice. (Not quite as cold as the effect ice has, but tasty nonetheless)

She added honey and lemon to a pitcher of premade tea and then poured it into glasses partially filled with frozen blueberries.

NoticeĀ the color of the tea after it is poured over the blueberries? Pretty isn’t it? Add a lemon or a lime wheel and it would be even prettier!

I hope you are all having a great summer so farĀ and staying refreshed! If you are looking for specific instructions on how to make honey lemon tea, feel free to check out this post “Honey Lemon Green Tea“.
